ChangeFuse

ChangeFuse is a web app (with optional lightweight agent) that reduces failed IT changes by automatically validating risk and readiness before approvals and deployments. It connects to your ITSM (ServiceNow/Jira Service Management), CI/CD (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), monitoring (Datadog/New Relic), and CMDB/cloud inventory. For each change ticket, it generates a “proof pack”: impacted services map, recent incident correlation, dependency checks, config drift signals, and an automated preflight test plan. Approvers get a single page showing what will likely break, what evidence supports it, and what must be verified. After deployment, it watches key SLOs and auto-updates the change record with outcome and rollback signals. This is not a magic autopilot—teams still own decisions—but it removes the manual, error-prone evidence gathering that slows approvals and causes avoidable outages.
