ChangeGuard

ChangeGuard is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that monitors the “blast radius” of UI and API changes that typically break RPA bots. It continuously snapshots key screens, DOM structures, and API responses from target business apps (e.g., ERP, CRM, portals), then compares them against baselines tied to each automation. When it detects meaningful drift—moved fields, renamed labels, altered selectors, changed response schemas—it alerts owners with a clear impact report: which bots are likely to fail, where, and why. It also generates suggested selector fixes and test scripts, but it won’t pretend to fully self-heal complex automations. The goal is to reduce firefighting and downtime by shifting bot maintenance from reactive to proactive. Integrates with common RPA platforms via webhooks and exports tickets to Jira/ServiceNow so maintenance becomes trackable work, not tribal knowledge.
