ChangeGuard

ChangeGuard is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) that acts as a lightweight change-risk gate for ITSM teams. It plugs into your existing ticketing tool (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice) and CI/CD logs to score each change request for blast radius, historical failure patterns, and missing evidence (testing, rollback plan, peer review). Instead of replacing your ITSM, it enforces a practical checklist and risk policy: auto-route high-risk changes to CAB, require specific artifacts, and block implementation windows that historically correlate with incidents. It also generates a short, audit-ready change summary and a post-change verification task list. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify risk and summarize evidence, but deterministic rules keep it predictable. The goal is fewer failed changes, faster approvals for low-risk work, and cleaner compliance without heavyweight process theater.
