ChangeLedger is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that tracks organizational decisions and policy changes from proposal to rollout, then verifies adoption with lightweight evidence. Instead of yet another wiki, it creates a “decision ledger” linking: the reason for change, impacted teams, required actions, owners, deadlines, and the exact communication sent. It then checks whether the change actually happened by collecting simple signals (acknowledgements, checklist completion, links to updated docs, training completion exports, ticket tags) and flags drift when reality diverges from the intended process. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps summarize proposals, generate rollout checklists, and detect contradictions across linked docs, but the core value is accountability and traceability. This is not glamorous; it’s operational hygiene for companies that keep breaking their own rules.
