Changelogry

Changelogry is a web app + GitHub/GitLab app that turns merged pull requests into clean, human-readable release notes and changelog entries. It enforces a lightweight “release metadata” standard (labels, scopes, breaking-change flags) and backfills missing info by prompting contributors in the PR before merge. For maintainers, it generates versioned notes (Keep a Changelog style), compares releases, and outputs to Markdown, GitHub Releases, and docs sites. This is not magic: it won’t understand messy repos without discipline, so the product focuses on workflow nudges and templates first, AI second. Teams can run it as SaaS or self-host for compliance. The goal is fewer forgotten changes, faster releases, and less maintainer burnout from writing release notes at the last minute.
