ChangeOrderly is a mobile + web app that forces renovation changes into a simple, documented workflow before work happens. Homeowners and contractors log a requested change (e.g., “move outlet,” “upgrade tile”), attach photos, pick from pre-set pricing rules or enter a quote, and get a one-tap approval with a clear impact on schedule and total cost. It generates a clean, signed change-order PDF and keeps a running “revised contract total” so nobody argues later. It also tracks who requested the change, when it was approved, and what materials are affected. This is not a full project management suite; it’s a focused tool for the most common source of disputes and margin loss. An AI assistant can suggest typical labor/material ranges and flag missing details, but humans still set final pricing.
