ChangePulse

ChangePulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that measures whether organizational change is actually being adopted, using real operational signals instead of vanity metrics. It connects to the tools people already use (Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce) and tracks leading indicators: process compliance, tool usage shifts, ticket categories, training completion vs. behavior change, and manager check-in cadence. It turns these into an adoption score by team, role, and location, highlighting where change is stalling and why (capability, capacity, clarity, incentives). It also provides a lightweight change plan builder with stakeholder mapping, comms schedule, and risk register, but the core value is the instrumentation and early warning system. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes signals, drafts targeted comms, and suggests interventions, while the scoring and dashboards remain transparent and auditable.
