ChangeRadar

ChangeRadar is a web app (with a lightweight desktop agent) that reduces regression misses by correlating code changes with risk-based test selection. It ingests Git commits/PR metadata, maps changed files to services, endpoints, and UI routes, then recommends a minimal regression set based on historical failure patterns and ownership. Instead of trying to replace your existing test runner, it plugs into what teams already use (GitHub/GitLab, Jira, CI) and produces a clear “what to run and why” report per build. It also flags blind spots: areas with frequent changes but weak coverage, flaky tests that distort confidence, and modules with high defect density. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules/graphs for traceability plus ML to learn which changes tend to break what. It’s realistic because it doesn’t promise zero regressions—just fewer surprises with less wasted test time.
