ChangeRadar

ChangeRadar is a web app (with a lightweight desktop agent optional) that monitors “what changed” across infrastructure and apps, then correlates those changes with incidents and performance regressions. It ingests events from GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud audit logs, and feature flag tools, normalizes them into a single timeline, and highlights the most suspicious changes when error rates or latency spike. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional pipelines collect and correlate events; an AI layer summarizes blast radius, likely owners, and suggested rollback steps based on past incidents and runbooks. The product lives between observability and change management—focused on fast root-cause narrowing, not replacing your monitoring stack. It’s realistic because it can start narrow (Kubernetes + Git + one APM) and still deliver immediate value by reducing mean time to identify (MTTI).
