ChangeRadar is a web app (with a lightweight Slack/Teams companion) that reduces outages caused by poorly understood infrastructure and application changes. It ingests change signals from GitHub/GitLab PRs, Terraform/CloudFormation plans, Kubernetes deploy events, CI/CD releases, and major SaaS admin logs, then correlates them into a single “change timeline” per service. The app highlights high-risk changes (e.g., wide blast radius, privileged IAM edits, database migrations, peak-traffic deployments) and requires a short, structured change note before merge/deploy. It also auto-generates a rollback checklist and links to dashboards/runbooks you already have. This is not a magic “AIOps” platform; it’s a focused change-intelligence layer that makes ownership and accountability explicit. Teams get fewer mystery incidents, faster incident triage, and cleaner postmortems because the “what changed?” question is answered in seconds, not hours.
