ChangeSignal is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integrations) for change communication that focuses on comprehension, not broadcast. Comms teams publish short change updates as “cards” with a required 30–60 second read, a 2–3 question comprehension check, and a one-click “impact on me” selector. The app produces a live heatmap by department, location, and role showing who has read, who understood, and where confusion clusters. It includes an AI-assisted rewrite tool that converts long policy memos into plain-language versions and generates role-specific variants (frontline, manager, HQ) while keeping a single source of truth. Managers get a weekly digest of their team’s gaps plus suggested talking points for standups. It’s realistic: it won’t magically fix trust issues, but it will expose where communication is failing fast enough to act.
