ChannelTuner

ChannelTuner is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) that helps marketing teams choose, size, and sequence acquisition channels based on real unit economics—not vibes. You connect ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), analytics (GA4), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and billing (Stripe) to calculate CAC, payback period, LTV:CAC, and marginal ROI by channel and campaign. It then runs scenario planning: “If we add $20k to LinkedIn, what happens to pipeline and payback?” and flags channel saturation, attribution blind spots, and budget waste. It includes a channel strategy canvas, quarterly channel roadmap, and an experiment backlog with expected impact and confidence. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes insights, drafts channel plans, and suggests experiments, but the core value is clean data stitching and decision-grade metrics.
