ChantCraft is a mobile + web app for fan clubs to organize coordinated chants, tifos, and matchday meetups without the chaos of group chats. Leaders can publish “match packs” (chants, timings, call-and-response scripts, capo cues, and printable banners) and members get a simple, offline-friendly run-of-show. The app includes a lightweight RSVP + attendance check-in, a shared songbook with version control, and a “capo mode” that pushes big-text prompts and vibration cues for synchronized moments. It’s not trying to replace Discord or WhatsApp; it’s a purpose-built layer for matchday execution and community continuity. Monetization is straightforward: fan clubs pay for admin tools, templates, and multi-chapter management; casual fans can use a free tier. Realistically, growth depends on landing a few influential supporter groups per league and expanding by referrals.
