ChargeBacker is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps B2B sellers prevent and win payment disputes by automatically packaging “proof-of-delivery and proof-of-performance” into a dispute-ready timeline. It connects to your ERP/invoicing, carrier tracking, e-signature, customer comms, and bank/processor exports, then builds a single case file per invoice: PO, invoice, shipment events, delivery photos/signatures, service logs, acceptance emails, and change orders. When a dispute hits (short-pay, unauthorized, not received, not as described), it generates a structured rebuttal packet and sends it to the right channel (processor, bank, or customer AP) with audit trails. It also flags risky customers and terms (e.g., vague acceptance criteria) and suggests tighter language. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI extracts and summarizes evidence; workflows remain deterministic.
