ChargeBacker is a mobile + web AI app that helps people act fast when a scam transaction hits their card or bank account. Instead of generic advice, it guides you through the exact dispute steps for your bank/card network, generates the right wording, and packages evidence (screenshots, chat logs, emails, tracking pages) into a clean “dispute bundle” you can submit in minutes. It also monitors incoming SMS/email receipts and bank notifications to flag suspicious merchant names, mismatched locations, and common scam patterns, then prompts you with a one-tap “freeze card / call bank” checklist. The app keeps a timeline of events (when you contacted the merchant, when you filed, reference numbers) so you don’t miss deadlines. Realistically, it won’t prevent every scam—but it can materially improve recovery odds by reducing user confusion and delay.
