ChargeBacker is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps wholesalers and distributors reduce retailer chargebacks and deductions by catching compliance issues before shipment. It connects to your order system and carrier data to validate PO requirements (labels, ASN rules, routing guides, carton counts, delivery windows) and flags high-risk orders. The app generates retailer-specific packing/label checklists, auto-builds compliant documents, and stores proof-of-compliance (photos, scans, timestamps, carrier events) in a single audit trail. When deductions happen anyway, ChargeBacker organizes the dispute packet and tracks outcomes so you can learn which retailers, DCs, SKUs, and lanes are bleeding margin. This is not glamorous software, but it targets a painful, measurable margin leak that most mid-market distributors still handle with spreadsheets, inbox searches, and tribal knowledge.
