ChargeBacker

ChargeBacker is a mobile + web app that helps consumers and small businesses manage card disputes and chargebacks end-to-end without guesswork. It connects to your bank accounts and card transactions (via open-banking aggregation) and flags eligible transactions based on category, merchant patterns, and timing windows. The app then walks you through a structured intake (what happened, what you tried, what outcome you want), generates an evidence checklist, and stores all supporting files (receipts, chat logs, delivery tracking, photos) in a single “dispute packet.” For SMBs, it also tracks representment deadlines, creates standardized responses, and maintains a timeline of communications. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify transactions, draft dispute narratives, and extract key details from documents, but the workflow stays user-controlled. The goal is fewer missed deadlines, better documentation, and higher win rates.
