ChargebackFix

ChargebackFix is a web app (with optional mobile dashboard) for e-commerce brands that reduces chargebacks by making returns/refunds faster, clearer, and better documented. It plugs into Shopify and payment processors to detect “high-risk” refund scenarios (late shipments, missing tracking, repeated customer complaints, high-value items) and automatically triggers the best next action: instant refund, store credit offer, replacement, or escalation. It generates customer-facing status pages and proactive emails/SMS so buyers don’t panic and dispute the charge. For every return/refund, it builds a clean evidence packet (timeline, tracking, customer messages, policy acceptance) to fight disputes when they happen. This is not magic: it won’t eliminate chargebacks, and it can’t fix bad fulfillment. But it can measurably reduce avoidable disputes and save ops teams hours of manual back-and-forth.
