ChargebackHQ is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for B2B marketplaces and sellers to prevent, manage, and win payment disputes and invoice chargebacks. It centralizes proof-of-delivery, contract terms, purchase orders, chat logs, and fulfillment milestones into a single “dispute-ready” timeline per order. When a dispute is triggered (card, ACH return, net-terms nonpayment), the app auto-builds a response packet and routes tasks to the right owner (ops, finance, legal). It also scores dispute risk pre-transaction using signals like buyer history, mismatch between ship-to and billing, abnormal order patterns, and delivery exceptions. This is not glamorous: it’s paperwork automation and workflow discipline. But it directly reduces write-offs, time wasted chasing evidence, and the chaos of reconciling what happened across tools.
