ChargebackHQ is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized e-commerce merchants reduce chargebacks and payment disputes without hiring a full-time risk team. It connects to Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, and PayPal to monitor orders in real time, flag high-risk patterns, and automatically assemble dispute evidence packets (delivery proof, customer comms, order history, device signals) in the format each processor expects. The app also adds a lightweight post-purchase portal where customers can resolve issues (refund, replacement, store credit) before filing a dispute. You’ll get clear dashboards showing dispute reasons, loss rates, and which products, ad channels, or shipping lanes create the most fraud. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps classify dispute likelihood and generate evidence summaries, but the core value is tight integrations and operational workflows that actually reduce losses.
