ChargebackIQ is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small businesses reduce chargebacks and payment disputes by turning messy transaction data into clear, actionable prevention steps. It connects to Stripe, Shopify, PayPal, and major card processors, then flags high-risk orders in real time (e.g., mismatched shipping/billing, repeat disputes, abnormal basket patterns). It generates evidence packets automatically (receipts, tracking, customer comms) and provides dispute playbooks tailored to the processor and reason code. The AI layer summarizes dispute patterns, recommends policy changes (refund windows, shipping rules, fraud checks), and drafts customer outreach to defuse disputes before they become chargebacks. This is not a “fraud tool” trying to replace incumbents; it’s a focused dispute-prevention and operations tool that most SMBs currently handle poorly in spreadsheets and inboxes.
