ChargebackIQ is a web app (with optional Shopify admin embedded UI) that helps dropshippers reduce chargebacks, PayPal holds, and processor bans by catching “high-dispute” orders before they ship. It connects to Shopify/WooCommerce, Stripe/PayPal, and your tracking sources to flag risky patterns: mismatched billing/shipping, repeat customer complaints, long supplier lead times, tracking gaps, and products with high dispute history. It then recommends concrete actions: require signature, switch to faster shipping, proactively message customers with realistic delivery windows, or cancel/refund early when the odds are bad. It also generates dispute-ready evidence packets (order timeline, customer comms, tracking events, policies) to respond faster and more consistently. This is not a magic AI money printer—it's a risk-control tool that protects cash flow and keeps accounts alive, which is what serious operators actually need.
