ChargebackIQ

ChargebackIQ is a web app (with optional Shopify/WooCommerce plugins) that helps small and mid-size e-commerce merchants prevent and fight chargebacks without needing an in-house risk team. It connects to Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, and major order systems to detect high-risk patterns (repeat offenders, mismatched shipping behavior, velocity spikes, suspicious device fingerprints) and recommends actions: 3DS prompts, address verification, hold-and-review, or cancel. When disputes happen, it auto-builds evidence packets from order logs, delivery scans, customer comms, and policies, then submits them on time with the right format per processor. It also tracks win rates, reason codes, and which products/traffic sources drive fraud. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes evidence, drafts dispute narratives, and flags anomalies, but rules and integrations do the heavy lifting. Realistically, it wins by saving money, not by being “cool.”
