ChargebackIQ is a web app (with optional Shopify app wrapper) that helps dropshippers reduce chargebacks and payment disputes by catching the predictable causes early: long shipping times, tracking gaps, misleading product pages, and repeat-problem suppliers. It connects to Shopify, Stripe/PayPal, and your tracking sources to flag high-risk orders in real time, auto-message customers with proactive shipping updates, and generate dispute-ready evidence packets (tracking timeline, policy screenshots, customer comms) when a claim happens. It also scores suppliers and products based on dispute rates, delivery variance, and refund frequency so you can cut the worst offenders fast. This is not a “get rich” dropshipping tool; it’s an operations and risk-control layer for stores that already have sales and are getting punished by disputes, holds, and account shutdown risk.
