ChargebackIQ is a web app (with optional Shopify app wrapper) that helps dropshippers reduce chargebacks and payment disputes by catching the patterns that trigger them: long shipping times, inconsistent tracking, supplier delays, and risky ad-to-product mismatches. It connects to Shopify, Stripe/PayPal, and major shipping trackers to monitor order status, delivery estimates, and customer communication gaps. When a dispute-risk threshold is hit, it auto-triggers actions like proactive “delay” emails, partial refund offers, upgraded shipping suggestions, or a temporary pause on scaling ads for the affected SKU. It also generates dispute-ready evidence packs (timeline, tracking, customer messages, policies) to improve win rates. This is not a magic shield—if your fulfillment is sloppy, you’ll still lose—but it can materially reduce preventable disputes and keep merchant accounts healthier.
