ChargebackKit

ChargebackKit is a web app (with optional Shopify admin embedded view) for D2C food brands to prevent and win chargebacks and “item not received” disputes. It automatically pulls order, tracking, delivery scans, address validation results, customer comms, and refund history into a dispute-ready evidence packet. It flags high-risk orders (first-time buyers, mismatched billing/shipping, high AOV, expedited shipping, repeat refunders) and recommends actions like signature confirmation, address verification prompts, or proactive outreach. For disputes, it generates network-specific rebuttal templates and tracks win rates by reason code, SKU, carrier, and fulfillment center. It also identifies operational root causes—late dispatch, carrier lanes, packaging failures—so teams fix the source rather than endlessly fighting disputes. This is not a “fraud buzzword” tool; it’s a practical workflow system that saves time and reduces revenue leakage.
