ChargebackMap is a web app (with optional Shopify/Magento plugins) that helps cross-border e-commerce sellers reduce chargebacks and payment disputes by pinpointing the real causes: delivery proof gaps, carrier scan inconsistencies, address quality, customs delays, and buyer behavior patterns by country. It connects to your payment processor (Stripe/Adyen), order system, and carriers to build a dispute-risk timeline per order and recommends concrete actions: require signature in specific lanes, block high-risk BIN/country combos, tighten AVS rules, or proactively message buyers when customs holds occur. It also generates dispute response packs with the right artifacts (tracking events, customer comms, policies) organized to match processor requirements. This is not a “magic AI fraud tool”—it’s operational analytics and evidence automation focused on the messy cross-border edge cases that actually trigger disputes.
