Chargebackr

Chargebackr is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps crowdfunding creators reduce payment disputes, refunds, and chargebacks by tightening proof-of-fulfillment and backer communications. It connects to Stripe and PayPal, pulls transaction and pledge data, and guides creators through a simple “dispute-ready” workflow: collecting shipping proofs, delivery confirmations, product updates, and message logs in one place. The app generates platform-agnostic evidence packets (timestamps, tracking, customer comms, policy acknowledgements) to submit to payment processors when disputes happen. It also flags risky patterns early (suspicious pledge bursts, mismatched billing/shipping regions, repeated failed payments) and recommends preventive steps like requiring address confirmation, clearer timelines, and proactive update templates. This is not a magic shield—chargebacks still happen—but it materially improves win rates and reduces time spent scrambling for documentation.
