ChargebackShield

ChargebackShield is a web app (with optional Shopify/Stripe plugins) that helps small and mid-sized ecommerce merchants reduce chargebacks by tightening checkout signals and automatically assembling dispute evidence. It monitors payment events, shipping status, customer messages, and refund activity to flag “high-risk” orders before fulfillment and suggests practical actions (require signature, verify address, delay shipment, or proactively refund). When a dispute happens, it auto-generates a clean evidence packet: order timeline, AVS/CVV results, delivery proof, customer communications, refund policy acceptance, and device/session metadata. This is not a magical AI fraud blocker—merchants still need good ops—but it can materially improve win rates and reduce time spent fighting disputes. The product lives or dies on integrations, reliability, and clear ROI reporting, not flashy dashboards.
