ChargeChaser

ChargeChaser is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that automates accounts receivable follow-ups for small B2B service businesses. It connects to QuickBooks Online or Xero, detects overdue invoices, and runs a configurable reminder sequence via email and SMS with payment links. The AI layer drafts polite-but-firm messages tailored to the client relationship, invoice age, and prior responses, and it can propose settlement options (e.g., partial payment today, remainder next week) based on your rules. A simple dashboard shows expected cash-in dates, delinquency by customer, and which accounts need a human call. This is not a “magic collections” tool—it won’t replace real collections agencies for deadbeats—but it will reduce the time owners waste chasing normal late payers and improve cash predictability. Setup is designed to be under 30 minutes for a typical business.
