Users connect Stripe (and later other processors), then build simple, rules-based recovery flows: timed retries, smart email/SMS nudges, in-app prompts, and optional incentives. The product focuses on clarity and control: a visual workflow builder, pre-tested templates by industry, and a dashboard that ties each recovery action to dollars recovered. It also includes lightweight customer self-serve: update card, switch payment method, or pay an outstanding invoice via a hosted page. This is not a full billing system; it sits on top of existing billing tools and improves outcomes with better automation and messaging. The MVP should prioritize Stripe-first, fast setup, and measurable ROI so customers can justify paying quickly.
