ChargeClaim is a mobile + web app for companies that reimburse employee EV charging (home and public). Employees connect their vehicle/charger account or upload charging receipts; the app verifies sessions, rates, and timestamps, then generates compliant expense entries and reimbursement requests. Admins get policy controls (max $/kWh, off-peak rules, location limits), automatic VAT/GST handling where applicable, and audit-ready logs. It also flags anomalies like duplicate receipts, suspicious locations, or inflated per-kWh pricing. This is not a consumer “find a charger” app—it's an operations tool for fleet/HR/finance teams drowning in messy EV expense workflows. The MVP focuses on a narrow wedge: reimbursements for mixed fleets (employees who drive personal EVs for work) and small-to-mid businesses that can’t justify full fleet management software.
