ChargeClaim helps EV drivers get money back when public charging sessions fail, overbill, or deliver far less energy than expected. You connect your charging-network accounts (or upload receipts), and the app flags suspicious sessions: abrupt disconnects, high idle fees, kWh mismatches, and pricing anomalies versus the station’s posted rates. It then generates a ready-to-send dispute packet with session logs, screenshots, and a clear explanation tailored to each network’s support process. For supported networks, it can submit claims automatically and track status, reminders, and outcomes. The goal is simple: turn the messy, time-wasting support loop into a one-minute workflow, and build a personal “charging reliability” record you can use to avoid bad stations. It’s a mobile app plus a lightweight web dashboard for claim history and exports.
