ChargeConc is a mobile + web app that coordinates premium EV charging for luxury sedan and SUV owners who don’t want to think about plugs, apps, or broken stations. It plans charging around your calendar and routes, checks real-time stall availability, and proactively reroutes when stations are down or congested. For home, it monitors charger health and electrical anomalies and schedules service when performance degrades. For travel, it offers a “one tap” itinerary with backup stops, arrival SOC targets, and time-cost tradeoffs. This is an AI-assisted app (not autonomous driving): it uses prediction to reduce uncertainty and wasted time. The business model is a subscription for owners and a B2B tier for dealerships/concierge services to bundle with vehicle delivery and ownership programs. It’s realistic because it doesn’t require new hardware—just better orchestration and reliability scoring across existing networks.
