ChargeFixer

ChargeFixer is a web app (with optional Shopify app embed) that helps D2C brands reduce chargebacks and payment disputes by catching risky orders early and automating evidence submission. It connects to Shopify, Stripe, and major dispute sources, then flags patterns like repeat offenders, mismatched shipping/billing, high-risk SKUs, and abnormal order velocity. When a dispute hits, it auto-builds a clean evidence packet: order timeline, delivery proof, customer comms, refund/return policy acceptance, and prior resolution attempts. It also adds lightweight post-purchase flows (delivery confirmation, “report an issue” button, proactive refund/replace options) to deflect disputes into support tickets. This is not magic: it won’t eliminate disputes, and it won’t beat banks every time. But it can measurably cut chargeback rate, protect payment processing health, and save ops time for brands doing meaningful volume.
