When a dispute hits, it auto-builds a “dispute packet” with timelines, tracking, delivery proof, customer comms, refund policy, and product page snapshots. It doesn’t pretend to eliminate chargebacks—networks and banks still decide—but it increases your odds by making responses fast, consistent, and complete. You get a dashboard showing chargeback rate trends, root causes (shipping delays, unclear policies, fraud), and recommended policy tweaks.
