ChargeGuard

ChargeGuard is a web app (with optional Shopify/Stripe integrations) that helps small and mid-sized e-commerce brands reduce chargebacks and friendly fraud by turning messy order, shipping, and customer communication data into clear “dispute-ready” evidence packets. It automatically pulls tracking events, delivery proof, customer emails/tickets, refund history, and device/payment signals into a single timeline per order. When a dispute appears, ChargeGuard generates a pre-formatted response tailored to the card network reason code and your processor’s requirements, and it flags orders likely to become disputes so you can intervene early (e.g., proactive refund, address verification, signature requirement). This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional integrations and rules, plus AI to summarize evidence, draft dispute narratives, and classify risk patterns. It’s not magic—chargebacks won’t disappear—but it can materially improve win rates and reduce time spent fighting disputes.
