ChargeGuard is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized e-commerce merchants reduce payment disputes and chargebacks. It connects to Stripe, Shopify, and major card networks via your PSP data, then flags high-risk orders, suspicious refund patterns, and repeat dispute customers. It generates “compelling evidence” packets automatically (order logs, delivery proof, customer comms) and provides a clear playbook for when to refund, when to fight, and when to blacklist. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used to classify dispute likelihood, summarize evidence, and draft responses, but the core value is workflow, integrations, and measurable dispute-rate reduction. It also tracks dispute KPIs, alerts you before monitoring programs, and estimates the real cost of chargebacks (fees, lost goods, higher processing rates). Brutal truth: you must prove ROI fast or merchants churn.
