ChargeLedger

ChargeLedger is a web + mobile fleet charging operations app for mixed EV fleets (vans, light-duty trucks, service vehicles). It centralizes charging sessions across depot chargers and public networks, ties each session to a vehicle/driver/job, and produces clean cost allocation for payroll, job costing, and reimbursements. The MVP focuses on the messy middle most fleets face: multiple charger brands, drivers using different apps/cards, and finance teams stuck reconciling receipts. It ingests charging data via OCPP-capable charger integrations (where possible) plus email/receipt forwarding and card transaction matching when integrations aren’t available. It flags anomalies (duplicate charges, unusually high kWh, charging outside approved windows) and generates export-ready reports for accounting systems. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for integrations and rules, AI for receipt parsing, categorization, and anomaly explanations.
