ChargePass

ChargePass is a web app + lightweight mobile SDK that gives shoppers true one-click checkout across participating stores without creating accounts or saving card numbers with each merchant. It works by using network tokenization and passkeys: the shopper approves the first purchase via Apple Pay/Google Pay or a card-on-file vault partner, then future purchases are authorized with Face ID/Touch ID (passkey) and a short risk check. Merchants get a simple drop-in button and a hosted checkout fallback that reduces form fill, cart abandonment, and payment failures. The product is realistic: you’re not replacing Stripe/Adyen—you’re sitting on top of them, focusing on identity, token reuse, and a consistent “instant pay” experience across small and mid-sized merchants that can’t build Shop Pay-level flows. Expect heavy compliance and partnership work; the tech is the easy part compared to distribution.
