ChargeProof

ChargeProof is a web app with a companion mobile app that turns messy EV charging expenses into clean, auditable reimbursements for fleet drivers and contractors. It ingests charging-session data from major networks (plus manual receipt capture when needed), matches it to vehicles, drivers, jobs, and cost centers, and then generates reimbursement files and accounting exports. The app flags anomalies like duplicate sessions, out-of-policy charging, unusually high prices, and suspected personal-use charging. It also supports home-charging reimbursement by calculating kWh from smart chargers or utility data and applying a configurable rate policy. Managers get a simple dashboard showing spend by depot, driver, vehicle, and project, with exportable evidence packs for finance and auditors. This is not a “nice analytics” tool; it’s a workflow product that reduces disputes, manual work, and leakage in mixed public/depot/home charging environments.
