ChargeProof is a web + mobile app that helps consumers build stronger credit card dispute (chargeback) cases by organizing evidence into a bank-ready packet. Users forward receipts, order confirmations, delivery photos, chat logs, and merchant emails into one place; the app then auto-tags items by transaction, prompts for missing details (dates, promised terms, return attempts), and generates a clean timeline summary. It also tracks deadlines, recommended next steps, and status updates so users don’t miss critical windows. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI extracts key facts from messy emails and screenshots, but the user stays in control with review and edits. It won’t magically “guarantee” refunds—banks decide—but it can materially improve the quality and completeness of submissions, which is where most consumers fail.
