ChargeProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small digital businesses reduce chargebacks by automatically generating “evidence packets” for Stripe/PayPal disputes. It connects to your checkout and product delivery (downloads, course platforms, SaaS logins) and logs high-signal proof: access timestamps, IP/device fingerprints, content viewed, download hashes, license activations, and customer communications. When a dispute hits, ChargeProof drafts a dispute response tailored to the card network reason code, attaches the right evidence, and tracks deadlines so you don’t miss windows. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: traditional for reliable event capture and audit trails, AI for assembling and writing responses. Brutal truth: you won’t “eliminate” chargebacks, but you can materially improve win rates and save hours per case if your evidence is clean and consistent.
