ChargeProof is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) that helps B2B sellers prevent and fight payment disputes by automatically packaging “proof of delivery of service” for every invoice. It connects to your invoicing and payment rails, then pulls supporting artifacts from the systems you already use—signed contracts, SOWs, email approvals, shipment tracking, timesheets, ticket logs, usage events, and acceptance checklists. When a dispute hits, ChargeProof generates a dispute-ready evidence bundle and timeline, assigns owners, and tracks deadlines so you don’t lose by default. It also flags risky invoices before they’re sent (missing acceptance, ambiguous terms, mismatched PO numbers) to reduce disputes upfront. This is not a generic AR tool; it’s a focused dispute-defense workflow that saves real money when margins are tight and collections teams are small.
