ChargeProof is a mobile + web app (traditional + AI) that independently verifies EV charger uptime and usability for fleets and site hosts. Instead of trusting operator-reported uptime (often inflated by generous definitions), it collects real-world evidence: driver check-ins, automated test-charge pings (where supported), and computer-vision verification of “out of order” screens and blocked stalls. The app produces a simple reliability score per station and per network, plus incident timelines you can send to operators for faster fixes and SLA claims. For fleets, it routes drivers to chargers that are actually working right now, not just “online.” For site hosts and municipalities, it provides a neutral performance dashboard to hold vendors accountable and prioritize maintenance spend. This is not a consumer discovery app; it’s an operations and accountability layer that reduces downtime and wasted driver hours.
