ChargeProof is a mobile + web app that helps carriers, brokers, and shippers prevent and resolve accessorial charge disputes (detention, layover, TONU, lumper, trailer washout, redelivery). Drivers or warehouse staff capture time-stamped, geo-tagged photos, short notes, and optional signatures at key events (arrival, check-in, dock assignment, loading complete, departure). The system auto-builds a standardized “evidence packet” tied to the load, with a clear timeline and supporting documents (BOL, ELD snippet, appointment confirmation). It integrates with common TMS via email parsing and simple APIs so teams don’t have to change their whole workflow. This is not a generic tracking tool; it’s a dispute-prevention and collections accelerator that makes charges defensible and faster to approve. The MVP focuses on fast capture, tamper-evident logs, and shareable packets.
