ChargeRoster is a web + mobile app for commercial EV fleets that turns charging into a managed resource, not a daily scramble. It pulls live vehicle SOC, route start times, charger availability, and utility rate windows to generate a charging roster that hits departure targets while minimizing peak-demand costs. Dispatchers get a simple “who charges when and where” board, plus alerts when a vehicle is at risk of missing its next assignment. Drivers see assigned chargers, start/stop instructions, and can report stalls or blocked bays with photos. The system learns typical energy use per route and flags vehicles whose consumption is drifting (tire pressure, payload, weather) so planners can add buffer before it becomes a missed delivery. This is not a full telematics suite; it’s a focused layer that sits on top of existing fleet tools and charging networks to reduce missed routes and expensive demand spikes.
