It connects to Stripe, PayPal, and major storefronts to flag high-risk orders (repeat offenders, mismatched shipping patterns, velocity spikes, suspicious email/phone signals) and recommends the cheapest next step: hold for verification, request ID, require signature, or cancel. When disputes happen, it auto-builds evidence packets (order timeline, delivery proof, customer comms, refund policy, prior successful disputes) and submits them with the right templates per card network. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI drafts dispute narratives and summarizes evidence, but the core value is workflow, integrations, and measurable win-rate improvement. It’s brutally focused on ROI: reduce dispute rate, increase representment wins, and lower manual ops time.
