ChargeSentry

ChargeSentry is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for small and mid-sized online merchants that reduces card-not-present disputes by catching “chargeback-shaped” problems early. It connects to your payment processor and order system, then monitors high-risk signals like mismatched shipping, repeat failed attempts, velocity spikes, unusual device fingerprints, and refund/return patterns. When a transaction looks likely to become a dispute, the app recommends concrete actions: request additional verification, delay fulfillment, switch to 3DS, proactively refund, or collect stronger proof. It also generates dispute-ready evidence packs (timeline, customer comms, delivery proof, logs) and tracks representment outcomes to show what actually works. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules and integrations, plus AI to summarize evidence, draft customer outreach, and surface patterns across disputes. Realistically, it won’t “eliminate” chargebacks, but it can measurably reduce them for merchants who are currently flying blind.
