It plugs into Stripe/Adyen/Braintree and your store platform to monitor orders, customer signals, delivery status, and historical dispute patterns. The AI layer flags high-risk transactions, recommends actions (3DS, manual review, cancel/refund), and auto-assembles dispute responses with the right receipts, tracking, customer comms, and policy excerpts. Brutal truth: you won’t “eliminate” chargebacks, and you can’t beat issuer bias, but you can measurably reduce avoidable losses and save hours per week.
